Role Overview

    We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify, approach, and close new clients for y digital. This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone confident in sales and outreach who wants uncapped earning potential.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities (primarily cold outreach)
  • Prospect and engage potential clients across EU, NA, and other global markets
  • Pitch y digital’s services clearly and confidently
  • Manage conversations from first contact to deal closure
  • Coordinate with the internal team for final client meetings
  • Maintain a simple pipeline of leads and deals
    Requirements
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
    Compensation Structure
  • 30% commission per closed client (one-time payment)
  • No base salary
  • High earning potential based on performance
