The opportunity:

We’re looking for a collaborative and forward‑thinking professional to lead the UX research function within our User Experience team for a 12‑month term.

 

Reporting to the Director, User Experience, this role leads a small team of UX strategists within a research‑led practice that also encompasses related digital experience strategy and insight activities. The Team Leader supports the team in delivering high‑quality user research, testing, analysis, and insights that inform digital product and design decisions.

 

This role also plays a key part in helping our well‑established User Experience team continue to grow and mature: advancing UX research operations, driving meaningful adoption of research findings, fostering effective cross‑functional collaboration, and advocating for the value of UX research with stakeholders.

 

Given the term nature of this role, we’re looking for someone who can step into an existing practice, quickly understand team dynamics and priorities, and begin leading work already underway.

Position requirements:

 

Security Clearance: In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).  This includes Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status

What we offer:

Pay Range: $90K - $105K CAD
