Title: Senior Procurement Specialist – Electrical / EPC & Marketplace Category Lead

ReadyToHire is building a procurement‑first platform for EPC and industrial firms, focused on electrical and materials‑heavy projects such as data centers and substations in the United States. We combine independent procurement specialists and engineers with a curated marketplace of electrical solutions and suppliers.
We are looking for two Senior Procurement Specialists who will:
Act as SMEs and mentors to design the user flow experience on our platform, and review the documents.
Their industry expertise and advice will be used to create a platform that will empower Americans access better flexible work opportunities, and it will also help EPC firms keep better, healthier margins! Once the user flow is completed, which should require 10 -20 hours of work. The incumbent will test the experience and give feedback until it is usable!
You will directly influence how our procurement engine and marketplace work and may earn equity in ReadyToHire based on your involvement and performance.
Act as an Industry expert (advisor) and mentor
Compensation around $40 - $45 USD per hour or to be discussed, equity depending on involvement.
TBN: This position is fully remote and part-time to start with, and once the sales are running, we will consider a full-time offer!
