About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager for our Customer Service division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our contact center operations. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and optimization of the tools and technologies that empower our customer support teams to deliver world-class service. Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Product Manager for our contact center platform, you will:
- Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for our contact center platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Develop comprehensive product strategies that address global requirements while maintaining local relevance.
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities. Evaluate and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Feature Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions. Establish key performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement based on insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer service operations, training, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Facilitate alignment across diverse teams and external partners.
- Vendor Management: Interface with third-party solution providers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and evaluate vendor performance.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing or internal-facing products. Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or related fields is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of delivering products that measurably improved customer and employee experiences. You should be able to demonstrate quantifiable results from previous initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Comfortable making tough decisions based on both quantitative data and professional judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to influence and lead without direct authority. Experience driving cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Experience working with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service), UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), and CRM systems, whether cloud-based or on-premise.
