What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and close new strategic customers in target markets
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, quoting, negotiation, and close
Engage executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex buying organizations
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to win new business
Present DRT’s value proposition as a trusted, long-term manufacturing partner
Build strong pipeline discipline and manage opportunities in Salesforce
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance
Drive profitable growth while balancing pricing, margin, and capacity
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience
Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business
Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products environments
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial strategy
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Experience
Precision machining, industrial equipment, or engineered-to-order manufacturing
OEM sales (data center equipment, machinery, or similar)
Multi-plant or complex manufacturing environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
