What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding service across multiple communication channels while effectively resolving inquiries and issues. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:
- Handle High-Volume Interactions: Manage a substantial volume of incoming calls, chat conversations, and email correspondence from customers, stores, and business partners with professionalism and efficiency.
- Navigate Multiple Systems: Utilize various technological platforms and internal systems to access customer information, track interactions, and provide accurate solutions in real-time.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions while maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience and meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Maintain Professional Communication: Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in a conversational manner that builds rapport and trust with customers.
- Document Interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in our customer relationship management system.
- Escalate When Necessary: Identify situations requiring supervisor intervention and appropriately escalate complex issues while providing comprehensive background information.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve or exceed established key performance indicators related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution, and other quality measures.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute to ensure efficient handling of customer interactions and documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word, for communication and documentation purposes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a natural talent for building rapport over the phone and through written channels.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Training Completion: Willingness and ability to successfully complete all mandatory training programs, both initial and ongoing.
