[Remote] Remote Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UCI, Inc. is seeking a skilled Remote Recruiter specializing in finding exceptional sales professionals. The role involves sourcing, screening, and managing a pipeline of candidates for outside sales representative positions while working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Source talent: Use your expertise to identify, engage, and headhunt top-notch sales professionals through recruiting channels, specifically LinkedIn
• Conduct high-volume recruiting: Scout high-potential candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn InMails, phone calls, and emails to spark interest and schedule interviews
• Screen and qualify candidates: Source resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess whether candidates are the right fit for our sales roles
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline: Continuously build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent for current and future hiring needs
• Track and report: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate interactions, track sourcing activity, and provide consistent updates to the hiring team

Skills

• One year (minimum) of proven headhunting experience through LinkedIn
• Confidence in actively engaging candidates, with a focus on building relationships and quickly sparking interest
• A coachable, hardworking, team-oriented attitude
• The ability to thrive and produce results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment of sales representatives is preferred
• Alpha personalities highly preferred for this reason
