**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in a remote work-from-home setting. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail veterans and innovators to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will work closely with your Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, train and develop team members, and maintain brand standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Business Strategy**: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction (70% of the time).
* **Client Experience**: Ensure all team members provide a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
* **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
* **Brand Standards**: Maintain brand standards through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's clothing standard and preparation rules.
**What You'll Bring**
* **Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
* **Self-Starter**: Self-motivated business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines.
* **Communication**: Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales-related tasks.
* **Collaboration**: Ability to develop collaborative relationships and serve as a well-respected, trusted partner.
* **Flexibility**: Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation.
* **Licensure**: Substantial driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain relevant state licensing, where applicable.
* **Sales Permit**: This role requires an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities.
