About This Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

- Webcam-Ready Environment: Your workspace must be suitable for video calls and virtual meetings, with appropriate lighting and background.
- High-Speed Internet: A strong wired, high-speed broadband connection with download speeds of 30 Mbps or higher and upload speeds of 10 Mbps or higher. You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or contact your internet service provider.
- Technology Provided: arenaflex will provide all the equipment you need including a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam – you just need to provide the high-speed internet connection.
- Mobile Device: No traditional phone line is required. However, you'll need a smartphone or tablet capable of handling two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm. This can be either a device with the Okta mobile app downloaded or a mobile phone that can receive SMS messages and calls.
