Position Overview
We are hiring a Remote Client Coordinator to handle inbound calls, texts, and inquiries from potential clients and schedule consultations for our training programs.
This is not a sales-heavy role—your primary responsibility is to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and book qualified consultations.
Schedule
• Full-time position (relatively flexible on times of day for the right candidate)
• Some flexibility required based on call volume
Compensation
• $12-14 per hour (based on experience)
• $25–$50 bonus for each consultation that converts into a training program
• Good portion of time is spent "on-call" without active tasks to complete, but the expectation of answering calls as they come in
Responsibilities
• Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and messages promptly through an app tied to the company (no personal phone number usage required)
• Respond to new leads and inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
• Schedule consultations using our booking system (Time To Pet)
• Gather basic client and dog information
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings
• Follow up with leads as needed to confirm appointments
• Ensure a high show-rate for scheduled consultations
• Assist trainers with scheduling, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills (phone and text)
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
• Highly reliable and responsive
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic tech skills (CRM, scheduling tools, texting platforms)
• Prior customer service or appointment setting experience preferred
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required (this is NOT a sales position).

• Can stay organized while handling multiple conversations
• Takes ownership of their role and follows through
• Has an interest in dogs or the pet industry (a plus, not required)
Schedule: Part-time with potential for full-time in the future
Compensation: Starting at $12/hour (based on experience)
