Position Overview
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, directly interacting with customers through phone and email communications. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing comprehensive support through various communication channels. - Data Entry & Analysis: Perform accurate data entry tasks within various computer applications, including our proprietary online catalog system. Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns. Document issues thoroughly and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
