**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing comprehensive information on our products and services to clients, helping them make informed decisions
* Reviewing client needs and making referrals based on specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
* Taking ownership of client interactions, proactively addressing issues, and adapting communication styles to meet individual needs
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build customer confidence and loyalty
* Staying up-to-date on product/service improvements, system updates, and changes to policies, maximizing productivity and performance
* Understanding travel documentation requirements, utilizing resources to ensure efficient and timely processing
* Promoting best practices and quality assurance, observing plans and procedures, and maintaining high standards of work to ensure compliance
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our proprietary database, utilizing device functionality to optimize efficiency
* Delivering exceptional customer support, utilizing purchase approaches to retain clients, and informing them about added-value products that may benefit them
* Mastering a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, executing multiple tasks, and navigating various systems simultaneously

**Education and Experience:**
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree and two years' experience or equivalent combination

* Fluent in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills: clear written and spoken communication, demonstrated understanding of communication methods and styles, articulate precisely and briefly in a professional and hospitable manner without slang or complex language
* Highly desirable: fluency in a second language

**Working Conditions and Site:**
* Workplace environment: exposure to computer monitors, working closely with others in an open office environment
* This job would be 100% remote/work from home
**Physical Demands:**
* Sharp-sightedness: ability to read computer monitor for extended periods, around 8 hours
* Sitting for prolonged periods
* Manual dexterity for operating a computer, keyboard, and mouse
* Representing running a phone with the ability to share comprehensive information properly and clearly
