Key Responsibilities

- Document Classification: Manually identify and classify various types of forms and documents, specifically MEDI documents, based on client-specified criteria and categorization protocols.
- Quality Verification: Review and verify entered data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all processed documents.
- Multi-Task Management: Work on different tasks including Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry-related functions as required by client needs.
- Procedure Compliance: Adhere strictly to established procedures, guidelines, and company policies to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges independently and develop effective solutions.
- Self-Direction: Work with a close degree of supervision while maintaining the ability to be self-guided and manage your workload effectively.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and consistent performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Typing Speed: Must pass a typing test with a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM)
