**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient assistance to customers
* Recommending products to customers and suggesting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Registering customer purchases on designated sales registers, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed; processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as required
* Maintaining counters and retail areas clean and well-organized, taking stock, and keeping records
* Checking in and pricing stock as required or as directed by the head supervisor or shift leader
* Carrying out organizational resource assurance methods to identify and minimize benefit loss
* Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and tobacco products)
* Developing and maintaining displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special designs, and deal stock; completing resets and updates as directed
* Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
* Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine; selling special photo products
* Taking on web order responsibilities (screening orders in Picture Care, handling requests (pick items), and delivering requests to customers as they arrive at the store)
* Assisting with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, clean, and deliberate store condition and appearance
**Preparation and Self-Awareness**
* Attends training and completes PPLs as mentioned by the supervisor or assigned by corporate
* Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to learn and grow
**Essential Capabilities**
* Must be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Expects a willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Lean towards having at least six months of experience in a retail environment
* Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex
