This role is pivotal in shaping the media strategy for our university partners and driving their enrollment goals through innovative marketing approaches. You'll lead a team of media specialists and leverage both digital and traditional media channels, ensuring strategies are data-driven and effective. Accountabilities • Lead the development of full-funnel media strategies to acquire qualified leads. • Own media planning, buying, and performance across digital and traditional channels. • Manage and coach a multidisciplinary team of paid and organic media specialists. • Serve as the senior authority on media strategy and performance marketing best practices. • Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and innovation. • Oversee campaign planning and optimization across multiple media channels. • Guide audience strategy, budget allocation, and creative testing. • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve media performance. • Own performance against key KPIs and drive continuous optimization. • Serve as a senior marketing advisor in client engagements. Requirements • 12+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or demand generation. • Proven leadership experience managing teams and agency partners. • Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and performance marketing. • Experience with traditional media channels like CTV and radio. • Strong understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization. • Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing. • Experience informed by audience insights and market research. • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
