Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day work needs including calls, follow-ups, and returning emails
- Assist with basic banking-related organization and tasks
- Organize inboxes and materials to ensure meetings and priorities are clearly structured
- Coordinate household vendors, maintenance, and service appointments
- Assist with scheduling for personal appointments and commitments
Skills
- Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Must be comfortable managing emails, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
- Must be discreet and trustworthy
- Must be based in the Madison, WI area during the academic year
- Current student or recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison
- Previous experience in an assistant, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Must love dogs and be comfortable helping with pet care
