Position Overview
Are You the Kind of Accountant Who Turns Raw Data Into Financial Truth?

If you instinctively question numbers until they reconcile, obsess over workpaper integrity, believe the chart of accounts should tell a clear story, and know how to transform raw transaction data into trusted financial truth, this role is for you.

At Organics Ocean, we’re looking for a Staff Accountant who will help strengthen and scale the accounting foundation inside a fast-growing DTC supplement business.

This role sits at the intersection of:

You will play a critical role in helping the business move from raw data dependency to trusted information truth, ensuring that leadership can make fast decisions backed by highly accurate financial reporting.

This is a high-ownership execution role, responsible for creating confidence in the numbers through disciplined reconciliations, strong chart of accounts governance, trend analysis, and highly accurate monthly close support.

You will partner closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every transaction, accrual, prepaid, and settlement flow is properly reflected in the financial story of the business.

This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven accounting role.
