Role Purpose
This role is responsible for leading, coordinating, and successfully executing the implementation of the new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The position ensures alignment with operational standards while meeting local and international regulatory requirements. This role is critical for enabling an efficient, secure, and scalable transition, strengthening operational visibility, traceability, and collaboration with strategic providers.

A specialized leader is required to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, redesign processes, guide adoption, and maintain operational continuity during the transition. The Project Administrator plays a critical role in connecting internal teams with providers and ensuring a high‑quality, efficient implementation.
