The Opportunity:

Are you ready to help transform financial auditability and global transportation logistics at scale? We are seeking a highly capable Program Resource Operations Analyst to support a mission-critical USTRANSCOM program implementing a next-generation system that enhances financial transparency and supply chain performance.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of workforce strategy, program operations, and compliance—serving as a trusted partner to program leadership. You will apply analytical thinking, sound judgment, and operational expertise to drive workforce planning, streamline onboarding processes, and ensure program readiness in a dynamic Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-visibility program while exercising autonomy, ownership, and professional discretion in how work is executed.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
