Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytically gifted Payments Analyst to support our Payments and Financial Services team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour with full-time employment benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of key seller connections, analyzing payment data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
This role is based in Atlanta, USA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis and Problem Solving (25%)
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Design and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure execution of financial division objectives and targets
- Prepare annual confidential name credit card budgets for all products and business lines
- Lead financial forecasting activities and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
2. Strategy Development and Implementation (25%)
- Develop strategies that integrate financial products and services into core business operations
- Identify and pursue new strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability
- Own and manage projects to ensure timely completion and optimal quality
- Create and execute detailed project plans and execution strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial initiatives with business goals
3. Data Analysis and Reporting (25%)
- Collect and analyze data for presentations to Senior Management
- Prepare regular payment metrics reports and performance dashboards
- Attend monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations
- Support the creation of compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Utilize data modeling to demonstrate performance of business KPIs
4. Project Management and Team Leadership (25%)
- Provide project support and guidance to other team members
- Review and approve project plans and decisions as necessary
