THE ROLE
We are searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Email and SMS. Reporting initially to the Sr. Director of Growth and Ecomm, but working closely with E-commerce, Growth, Customer Support, and Brand Marketing teams. This person will have the opportunity to generate and bring their ideas to life to ultimately drive growth and improve channel performance.
Role Summary
- Own Email and SMS retention strategy across Lumin & Meridian, driving brand performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all Email (Klaviyo) & SMS (Attentive) brief, builds, QA, segmentation, deployments aligning with market specific data privacy and regulations.
- Partner cross-functionally to align lifecycle marketing with brand strategy.
- Run continuous A/B tests (creative, offers, timing, segmentation, LPs) and drive actionable insights
- Build and optimize audience segments to improve targeting and performance
- Monitor program health (deliverability, engagement, list growth) and optimize sign-up flows
- Set KPIs and reporting, making sure channel targets are met/exceeded
- Act as lifecycle SME, identifying new opportunities and best practices
Core Requirements
- 2-4+ years hands-on Email/SMS experience (DTC or agency)
- Strong Klaviyo + Attentive expertise
- Proven in lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple brands/priorities
- Strong communication + analytical skills
- Proficient in Sheets/Excel + Slides
Nice to Have
- Analytics tools (Amplitude, Sigma)
- Subscription business experience
- Some basic HTML knowledge
- CRM/data experience (flows, triggers, databases)
- PST timezone availability
