The Strategic Engagement Liaison III manages a broad portfolio of experiential learning partners, serving as the primary liaison for complex sites and high-priority placements. This role requires strategic ownership, proactive problem-solving, and expert relationship management to ensure seamless learner placements and high partner satisfaction. The SEL III leads cross-functional collaboration, anticipates challenges, and drives continuous improvement, while modeling professional behavior and a growth-oriented mindset for more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of high-priority and complex partners, proactively monitoring placement readiness, documentation, and engagement to prevent issues before they arise; demonstrates accountability, initiative, and strategic thinking.
Conduct regular proactive check-ins with all assigned partners, anticipating challenges, resolving issues independently when possible, and escalating strategically when needed; models professional, solutions-oriented communication.
Lead onboarding and site activation for new partners, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and all documentation is complete and submitted to Placements promptly; takes full ownership of delayed or incomplete information and drives resolution.
Maintain CRM and SharePoint with complete accuracy within 24 hours of all interactions, leveraging data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improved partner engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Placement, Partnerships, and Solutions teams to address site concerns, streamline processes, and ensure learner placements proceed efficiently; demonstrates leadership, proactive communication, and alignment across teams.
Analyze partner engagement data, identify gaps or trends, and propose solutions to enhance workflow, efficiency, and satisfaction; applies strategic insight to continuously improve partnership operations.
Mentor and guide SEL I and II team members, sharing best practices, providing feedback, and reinforcing expectations for proactivity, accountability, and professional behavior.
Support and lead special projects and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, partner experience, or strategic alignment; consistently demonstrates initiative, professional judgment, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Serve as a key escalation point for partner or placement issues, applying strategic problem-solving, independent decision-making, and collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
