**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of customer support specialists in providing exceptional service to our customers across various social media platforms. You will be the driving force behind our social media customer support strategy, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and operationalize the social support methodology and guide, including setting a team vision, creating key metrics, planning flexible cycles, and setting and achieving team objectives across all brand verticals.
* Drive execution of proper reporting and analysis while considering the needs of partners.
* Lead a team of leaders and individual contributors daily while directing DTC's social media support strategy and execution across a global impression.
* Proactively identify gaps and holes in current social support ideal models and drive goals to improve functional work processes and the customer experience.
* Collaborate with senior leaders cross-functionally to work towards a unified customer experience while supporting the greater objectives as they relate to Virtual Entertainment procedures for all arenaflex brands.
* Work with partners to ensure the development and approval of methodology and content for global social groups, ensuring each brand is informed with a suitable tone and voice.
* Lead and guide go-to-market launches and product launches, collaborating with all partners and cross-functional teams to ensure social presence is properly addressed and supported.
* Support incident management needs during high-impact situations, serving as the POC for senior briefings while directing social response, collaborating with Leader, PR, and Legal teams.
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
* BS/BA degree or significant professional experience
* 2+ years' experience working with a team, ability to empower and develop colleagues, it is an or more to lead leaders
* 4+ years' involvement with social media or online community management, demonstrated ability to drive business results through online engagement
* Experience with social media in the executive stages, e.g., Salesforce (Administration Cloud), Hootsuite, Listenfirst, Qualtrics, Sprinklr
* A consistent history of creating and operationalizing innovative online social projects
* High insightful connection with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and AppFollow or more
* Demonstrated understanding of which metrics and tools assist with improving the customer experience through friendly channels
* Display a high ability to bear setting shifting and interferences while staying useful and ready to give powerful direction
