Responsibilities
- Supporting attorneys with document preparation and case administration
- Coordinating schedules and client communications
- Maintaining electronic and physical client files
- Assisting with billing and administrative processes
- Greeting visitors and answering calls as the primary front desk contact
- Helping coordinate client intake
- Managing mail and ordering office supplies
- Assisting with day-to-day office management tasks
