What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: * Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues * Going above and beyond to “wow” our customers and provide exceptional service * Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions to our customers * Working collaboratively with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * The ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a pet-related industry * Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations * Experience working with customers in a call center environment * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
