Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania is the preeminent leadership development organization for girls, committed to building girls of courage, confidence, and character. As IT Support, you will provide frontline technical support to staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues, while assisting with user administration and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic problem solving and provide assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for printers, laptops, tablets and password resets
- Assist with implementation of technology projects
- Assist with the maintenance of the inventory and helpdesk systems
- Document issues, solutions, and recurring trends to support improved service and training/onboarding
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and related equipment and devices
- Manage user lifecycle including provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, manage licenses and troubleshooting access in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and RingCentral (calls and voice messaging)
Skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 applications and administration
- Basic knowledge of networking (wi-fi, VPN, printers, IP addresses)
- Ability to work and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Have reliable transportation
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- A+ or any other industry certifications complete or in progress
- Experience using ticketing system preferred, or willingness to learn
