The Mission

As an Inside Sales Representative focusing on Funded Volume Loans, your primary goal isn't just "selling"—it’s about maximizing utilization. You will manage a portfolio of existing audiology practices, acting as a strategic consultant to help them integrate our financial solutions into their everyday patient workflows. Your success is measured by the growth of funded loan volume within your assigned accounts.

You are entering a high-growth intersection of Healthcare and Finance. You’ll be helping patients get the hearing care they need while helping small businesses (audiology clinics) grow their bottom line.

Note: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term rapport rather than "one-and-done" transactions.


Performance Metrics

Funded Volume

Total dollar amount of loans funded per month/quarter.

Utilization Rate

Increasing the % of an account's total patient base using our loans.

Active Account Growth

Reactivating "dormant" accounts that haven't submitted a loan recently.


Benefits:

Base salary range: $75,000- $85,000

Target Variable Comp: $50,000/year ($12,500 per quarter)

Quarterly variable compensation program eligibility
