About the Position

The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with internal stakeholders to administer and support a broad range of human resources processes and procedures for all company team members. This role is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of personnel policies and procedures for Grand Living to ensure optimal efficiency, consistency, and organizational effectiveness.

This position serves as a key employee relations and compliance resource, providing expert guidance to leadership to ensure adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to wage and hour laws, workplace conduct, discrimination prevention, and termination practices.

The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in fostering a fair, consistent, and compliant workplace culture aligned with Grand Living standards.

Upon employment, all team members are required to fully comply with Grand Living’s standards, procedures, and processes, including all government and industry regulations for the safe and efficient operation of the Company and Community. This includes regular attendance, adherence to dress standards, and maintaining a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Team members who fail to meet expectations may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

This position is typically performed in a home office setting. This role requires regular interaction with team members, residents, and families in a senior living environment.
