**Responsibilities**
As a Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data management and contributing to our mission of operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Entering data accurately into the QuickClaim system using provided images
* Identifying and categorizing document types based on provided documentation
* Reviewing and verifying that data entry meets or exceeds quality standards
* Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Collaborating professionally with team members as needed
* Suggesting improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency
* Completing all assigned tasks for the day and performing additional office duties as required
**Hourly Pay and Available Schedule**
* Pay: $12 per hour
* Part-time and full-time positions available; full-time is preferred
* Minimum of 20 hours per week required
* Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
**What We're Looking For**
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, ability to multitask and stay focused, and high attention to detail and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with the ability to follow instructions, committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client data, and proficient in reading and speaking English. Additionally, the candidate should have a typing speed of 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.
