As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming complex calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming complex calls, offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs
* Resolve customers' needs related to clarification on customers' specific benefit plans or program options
* Document all inbound and outbound calls and summarize calls in the case management system
* Adapt to and implement ongoing training as the company grows and develops in the healthcare consumerism industry
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the growth and development of our organization by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
**Requirements**
* 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or high-level overview of patients or customers' benefit plans
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Dependable and able to adhere to schedule
* Effective problem-solving skills

**Work from Home Equipment Requirements**
* Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or better, 16GB of RAM installed, and 256GB of storage
* USB Headset to plug into the computer
