Our flexible scheduling ensures that you can maintain a balance between work and personal life while contributing to our mission. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our members. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shift, assisting customers with healthcare claims and enrollment * Develop a warm and friendly approach to build a good rapport with callers * De-escalate and manage difficult calls, striving to be professional, level-headed, and provide consistent, high-quality customer support * Utilize excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail to resolve customer issues * Navigate multiple applications on one call, quickly transitioning from one task to another * Work proficiently with dual monitors and possess excellent communication skills * Meet minimum typing requirements of 25 WPM and demonstrate knowledge of keyboard shortcuts * Maintain a private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace, adhering to HIPAA requirements * Participate in mandatory paid 4-week training with 100% attendance **Requirements** * 1+ year of call center experience * High school diploma or GED * Must reside in the United States * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple applications on one call * Strong navigation skills, quickly transitioning from one task to another * Proficient with dual monitors * Excellent communication skills * Minimum 25 WPM typing * Keyboard shortcut knowledge * Ability to maintain a private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace, adhering to HIPAA requirements **Equipment and Workspace Requirements** * Two (2) 22" monitors with video adaptor * Must connect directly to internet - hardwired * US-based internet service provider * Wireless is not available - Internet speed test verification (25MBPS download, 5MBPS upload) * Camera provided for training purposes **Training** * Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST * Date: TBD; 4 weeks of training **Pay Rate** * $14.50 per hour * This is a W2 (employee) position * Paid biweekly via direct deposit * All mandatory events are paid (orientation, training & nesting) * If you are selected, your offer is contingent upon successfully completing and passing a background check * Direct Interactions does not pay for or reimburse any monies related to fees and/or services that are required to perform the job * There are NEVER any fees associated with applying or working for arenaflex **Why Join arenaflex?** * Flexible scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life equilibrium * Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Comprehensive training program to ensure success * Competitive pay rate and benefits package * Opportunity for career growth and advancement **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
