**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Care Associate in our dynamic inbound call center, you'll be the voice of our company, handling inquiries with a focus on cheerful, constructive, and solution-driven interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Guiding customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
* Addressing and resolving fulfillment issues promptly and effectively.
* Accurately documenting cases and utilizing internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries with a focus on cheerful, constructive, and solution-driven interactions.
* Provide product information, resolve order issues, and address customer concerns.
* Utilize internal tools to document cases, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate customer information.

**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives who possess:
* At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center role, preferably within eCommerce.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
* Efficient multitasking skills with accuracy, with the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
* Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.
* Self-motivation and independence, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Performance-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates.
* Quick and effective problem-solving abilities, with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
* Minimum high school diploma and ability to type at least 40 wpm.
