What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Insurance Agent at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our policyholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex Issue Resolution: Utilize your exceptional problem-solving abilities to address and resolve complex consumer issues that require nuanced understanding and creative solutions. You'll serve as a resource for first-level representatives, providing guidance and support on challenging cases.
- Policyholder Support: Assist policyholders with their billing questions and concerns, ensuring accurate information is provided and all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your attention to detail will help maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Policy Management: Provide comprehensive support for any requested policy changes, including coverage adjustments, beneficiary updates, and policy modifications. You'll guide customers through the process with patience and expertise.
- Consultative Recommendations: Offer personalized recommendations to policyholders based on their unique needs and circumstances. You'll assess individual situations and provide tailored advice, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal coverage.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Must be located in South Carolina
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Call center experience preferred (minimum 6 months)
