**Work Outline:**
We are seeking a groundbreaking, data-driven Business Planning Manager to join our arenaflex Trading group. The purpose of the job is to ensure we have clear and integrated goals for recruits, advertising budgets, maintenance, and other key DTC metrics.
As a key member of the Business Execution and Planning team, you will work closely with regional arenaflex capabilities, BD and Finance groups, as well as local market groups and the US promotion sales and Finance groups.
**Areas of Responsibility:**
* Supporting the development of primary planning models, including the yearly operating plan model and the monthly forecasting model, including executive-level overview views, streamlined estimates, and clearly identified inputs and assumptions
* Supporting the development of arenaflex yearly strategy and quarterly planning and monthly/ bi-monthly forecasting process
* Presenting business cases and scenarios to inform decisions on evaluation, go-to-market strategies, and adaptation enhancement
* Supporting ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance for the past quarter
* Supporting in anticipation of EMEA and US business updates
