**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote work basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing oversight and guidance to our catering partners, ensuring a safe and efficient food preparation process. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive improvements in working execution targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide oversight and guidance to our catering partners, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's Catering Activities Business Manual and other regulatory requirements.
* Analyze working execution and customer satisfaction data to identify trends, produce insights, and drive data-driven recommendations.
* Work with our teams to identify and address operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Participate in investigations and root cause analysis to achieve working objectives.
* Lead regular reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Provide support for drives such as technology enhancements, changes to working execution metrics, and process consistency.
* Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to drive change management and communication plans for drives.
* Act as a knowledgeable authority to provide guidance and support to our catering partners and local working groups.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Designing, Business, or related field) or 4 years of relevant work experience.
* 2+ years of experience in an Expert, Operations, Counseling, or Designing role.
* Project leadership experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with leaders and advanced representatives from diverse cultures and working divisions.
* Successful business writing and speaking skills, with confidence in communicating with all levels of management.
* Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate in a team environment.
* Ability to work during non-standard hours and peak periods when required to support a global 24/7/365 operation.
* Willingness to work at an airport-based location.
* Ability to be available and work beyond regular business hours to support the operation.
* 2+ years of experience in a salaried (non-hourly) Investigator, Operations, Counseling, or Designing role.
* Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
* Effective fulfillment of interview expected to meet work capabilities.
* Strong, reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position; remote and hybrid work options are not applicable to this role.
**What will set you apart (Preferred Qualifications)**
* Master's or postgraduate education.
* 2+ years of Modern Designing work experience.
* 2+ years of carrier catering, airport operations, manufacturing, or other activities salaried (non-hourly) experience.
* HACCP, PCQI, or similar food handling certifications.
* Familiarity with more than one language.
