What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and/or services that may benefit customers. This helps customers get more value while contributing to business growth.
- Referral and Escalation: Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff when appropriate. Know when to escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to rotate shifts as needed to support business requirements and provide coverage during peak hours.
What We're Looking For: Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Three to six months of relevant customer service experience preferred, though we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a passion for customer success.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
