What You'll Do in This Role As a Full Stack Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will: * Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering customer questions in a timely and professional manner * Help customers resolve billing concerns and other issues related to our clients' products and services * Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with our clients * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day-to-day work, including technical assessments to demonstrate your skills Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED * Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple systems and software applications * Ability to pass technical assessments to demonstrate your skills What's in It for You At arenaflex, we're fanatical about our staff, and we invest significantly in our people, our infrastructure, and our capabilities to ensure long-term success for both our teams and our customers.
