Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
* Helping customers resolve technical issues and answering questions about products and services
* Assisting with billing concerns and resolving customer complaints

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
* Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
