As we continue to grow, we're committed to building a truly diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the world we serve. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst to join our Digital Technology team, which spans the globe and is made up of diverse individuals working together to build the best airlines in the history of aviation. As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and interpret data protection and privacy requirements and policies at local, national, and international levels * Develop and implement data protection and privacy solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data protection and privacy controls * Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in data protection and privacy practices * Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to data protection and privacy * Provide training and support to employees on data protection and privacy best practices * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy * Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies at local, national, and international levels * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, with the potential to handle multiple tasks concurrently * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products * Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or overall effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a global airline and contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
