**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
• Entering purchase orders daily based on current and monthly receipt measurements
• Collaborating with Project Administrators to receive updates on open requests
• Working with the A/P Office to address upcoming invoices
• Contacting vendors for information regarding Purchase Request
• Creating and updating the open purchase orders report daily to provide visibility on the status of orders
• Allocating team responsibility based on the open purchase report
• Updating and managing purchasing and open purchase request metric figures on the success sheet
• Sending monthly reports to accounting directors for office performance
• Updating and managing the execution improvement log
• Accommodating unvouchered receipts
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
**Essential Qualifications**
• Bachelor's degree required; four-year degree preferred
• Two to five years of experience in purchasing or buying
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills required
• High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Microsoft Excel experience is an asset
• Familiarity with purchasing software and systems
**Working Conditions**
• Full-time, on-site position
• Ability to work in a safe and professional manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, State, and Government guidelines
