You'll also have access to: * Flexible scheduling options, including the ability to create your own schedule * Opportunities for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Important Information** To ensure a successful and productive work environment, please note the following: * You'll need a quiet and secure work environment during working hours * You'll require a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, a wired USB headset with microphone, and high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed * You'll need to use a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS) * You'll need to have valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * You'll need a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app **Geographic Restrictions** Please note that we're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
