**Position Overview:**
As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our office, providing a flexible work environment that suits your lifestyle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Data Entry and Record Management:** Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
* **Email and Document Management:** Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
* **Database Management:** Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
* **File Organization and Compliance:** Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
* **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
* **Administrative Support:** Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
* **Remote Work and Meetings:** Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
* **Professional Development:** Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
* **Confidentiality:** Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
**Requirements and Skills:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Education and Experience:** Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
* **Additional Qualifications:** Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
* **Language Skills:** Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
