**Why You'll Love This Job**
As an Experienced Data Entry Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Consistency Group within the Individuals/HR Division. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence by investigating and communicating requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services, to maintain seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by processing everyday FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigating any dataset issues.
* Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.
* Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting, and data normalization for HR Consistency.
* Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of queries.
* Audit completed Fingerprint Applications and check for precision, retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support HR Consistency.
**Favored Capabilities and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field).
* Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
* Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, and Succeed.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements.
