**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
* Utilize knowledge and skills to offer solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and improve their healthcare experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
