As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including fingerprint/personal investigation results and unique signature release letters
* Collaborating with various stakeholders, including TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
* Processing daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigating any dataset issues
* Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
* Conducting high-level examinations, custom reporting, and normalizing all data used for HR Consistency
* Collaborating with clients and team members on a regular basis
* Auditing completed Unique Signature Applications and checking for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
**Favored Capabilities and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
* Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
* Proficiency in modern software skills, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
* Experience with Access database management
* Ability to decipher large datasets to develop significant reports
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills
* Ability to direct fair and consistent use of organizational policies and government regulations
* Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
* Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
