Position Overview: Customer Service Data Analyst
Are you someone who sees patterns where others see noise? Do you have a knack for turning complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that influence business decisions? We're seeking a talented Customer Service Data Analyst to become an integral part of our Global Customer Support Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as a CS Information Expert, responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Customer Support reports within our Business Intelligence (BI) ecosystem.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be the bridge between data and decision-making. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver world-class customer experiences. Here's what you can expect:
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive worldwide Customer Support dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and vendor partners using advanced BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and our proprietary data visualization platforms.
- Data Visualization Migration: Partner with our Data Visualization team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization instruments, ensuring consistency, scalability, and enhanced user experience.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer service data. Your insights will uncover opportunities for operational improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Vendor Support & Collaboration: Provide first-level support to vendor partners who consume our data. Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of data integrity issues and maintain the highest standards of data quality.
- Training & Enablement: Educate and train business users on how to effectively utilize and interpret reports and data. Develop comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Translate business needs into technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends. Present complex findings in clear, actionable terms that inform and guide critical business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement robust strategies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support. Establish best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the customer service function.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:
- One year of college education in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Information Technology, or other demonstrated expertise in a quantitative field—or equivalent work experience that showcases your analytical capabilities.
- Four or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably within a customer service or related operational environment.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong project/program management, process improvement, influencing, modeling, and consulting skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills—ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms while engaging diverse audiences to drive results.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in the entertainment, streaming, or media industry is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with workforce management analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning metrics.
- Knowledge of vendor management and partnership dynamics within customer service operations.
- Understanding of customer experience metrics and their relationship to business outcomes.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data extraction and manipulation.
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or similar industry credentials.
