**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Customer Assistance**: Providing timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
* **Quality Control**: Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure service quality meets or exceeds company standards, participating in quality assurance initiatives and training programs.
* **Technical Support**: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our services and systems, collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
* **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions, contributing to the creation and updating of knowledge base articles and support documentation.

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
