* Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
* Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients remain on their medications and compliant with their therapies
* Effectively handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, proactively gathering patient and order information, and providing customer education
* Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing new referrals, and resolving customer issues
* Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
* 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
* Must reside in the state of Nevada
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
