We're looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, clients, and customers to provide personalized support and guidance. Your primary focus will be on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies, while working closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes. You'll also be responsible for numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure our patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with patients, clients, and customers to provide personalized support and guidance * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients * Work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes * Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers * Proactively gain patient and order information * Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
