You'll be responsible for: * Interfacing with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail * Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues * Elevating sensitive customer requests when necessary * Complying with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing, thus creating a very dynamic environment * Remaining current on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability **What We're Looking For** To be considered for this position, you must have: * A High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred) * Availability for training 12-14 weeks in length The strongest candidates for this position will also possess: * Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation * A passion for providing best-in-class service and making a difference in the lives of our members **Benefits and Perks** As a full-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A salary of $39,520 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package (Health Benefits effective 1st of the month following start date) * The opportunity to work from home anywhere in the State of Nebraska or local Omaha metro area * A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth and development * Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities * A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a workplace that values and celebrates individual differences **Training and Onboarding** Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role. You'll participate in 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time Zone). After training, you'll be expected to work any 8.5 hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone), Monday to Friday. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Reliable internet service provider * A dedicated, distraction-free workspace * A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering best-in-class service **Anticipated Class Start Dates** We anticipate hiring for classes in August 2024 and September 2024.
